Standard Shipping
• Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
• Cost: Free

Express Shipping
• Delivery Time: 3–4 business days
• Cost: $35

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes upon delivery.

🔁 Returns

We hope you love your BORBONIANA piece — but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

⏳ Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

• Items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Earrings and discounted items are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene and clearance policy.

🔁 How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@borboniana.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

❗Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🌍 International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
