Full payment is required before dispatch. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
All items remain the property of BORBONIANA until fully paid.

BORBONIANA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your insurance provider in such cases. Proof of purchase can be provided upon request.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Selected pieces may be available for pre-order. Payment is taken at checkout.
Please note that pre-orders may experience delays of 4–6 weeks due to supply chain factors.

💵 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed and charged in USD.
For international orders, currency conversion and card fees may apply.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal.

❌ Order Cancellations

By You: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, eligible returns can be made.
By Us: In case of pricing errors or stock issues, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund within 5 business days.

💬 Complaints & Claims

For any dissatisfaction, please contact us. We respond within 7 working days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and only through BORBONIANA Customer Service.

BORBONIANA is not liable for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Customs or import regulations in your country

• Indirect or consequential losses

We are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect items in accordance with consumer protection laws.
